When I place holds for myself, I usually do them in Milennium. It's lots easier, to my mind. I guess that's the wicked and wrong way, however. I tried both the bookbag method and the logging into my account method. When I went to the bookbag and requested the checked items, the results were ambiguous--I didn't know whether they'd actually been requested. I like the other way of logging into my account much better. I guess if I have to request items for patrons, I would use this method
